Alexandre Ribeiro Dias

Alexandre assists clients in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, establishes legal opinions such as patentability and freedom to operate opinions, and participates in litigation and opposition proceedings. After a first experience of 12 years working for another patent law firm, he has joined the PLASSERAUD IP team in 2019. He has extensive experience in e.g. obtaining patents in the field of computer science, in particular in the mobile telephony, connected objects, automotive and space industry sectors. He has also established numerous patent essentiality evaluations with respect to 3GPP mobile telephony standards.
