Let's celebrate World IP Day today!

This year, World IP Day is dedicated to women and intellectual property through the theme "Accelerating Innovation and Creativity". This world day organized by @WIPO, aims to raise awareness on the importance of intellectual property to all audiences. This year highlights the crucial role of women in this field.

"For generations, women have shaped our world through their ingenuity and creativity. Around the world, they have been responsible for scientific breakthroughs, creative trends, business creation and the transformation of our world. In 2023, we celebrate the initiative and innovative work of women inventors, creators and entrepreneurs around the world."

At Plasseraud IP, we actively support this initiative and contribute on a daily basis to highlighting women in IP. We believe that diversity, which is one of our five unifying values, is essential for innovation and creativity. As such, we encourage a fair balance of women and men - especially at the highest level of responsibility:

- The executive committee is composed of 2 women and 2 men.
- 41% of the partners are women

As a member of the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD), one of the most important French associations promoting diversity, Plasseraud IP regularly exchanges with diversity managers of member organizations (companies, institutions, public bodies, local authorities, associations) on best practices in diversity.
