Plasseraud IP Group moves to 104 rue de Richelieu: a new chapter

The Plasseraud IP Group has moved to an office building in the heart of Paris, just a stone's throw from the Palais de la Bourse, the Opéra Garnier and the Louvre. Le 104 has been completely restructured. The project, initiated by Swiss Life Asset Managers and designed by the Quadri Fiore Architecture agency, has transformed this office building, emblematic of 1960s architecture, into an exceptional Parisian address combining history and modernity.

The transformation of 104 Richelieu goes beyond aesthetics.

The building has been awarded several certifications and labels, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. These include: NF HQE EXCELLENT, BREEAM EXCELLENT, BiodiverCity "BASE" label, WIREDSCORE SILVER label and WELL SILVER certification.

In keeping with its CSR commitments, the Plasseraud IP group has redesigned its living spaces with sustainable materials, a centralized sorting system, and a responsible approach to every detail. Wood, sorting garbage cans, bean-to-cup coffee machines are all part of its commitment to recycling and reducing its environmental impact.
