Gaëlle Windal

Gaëlle Windal is a French & European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP, where she advises clients on the development and management of their patent portfolios.

Within the Information Technology Patents Practice, she leads a team of patent engineers, supporting their professional development and helping them build their expertise. Gaëlle has gained extensive experience both in private practice and in industry, notably as Head of the Patent Department at Orange. In private practice, she has developed strong expertise in supporting clients, from major corporations to SMEs, in defining and implementing their intellectual property strategies.

She particularly enjoys advising clients in opposition proceedings and litigation matters. Gaëlle joined Plasseraud IP in 2023.
