Plasseraud IP at the AIPPI Trilateral Seminar in Paris
On June 11 and 12, 2026, Plasseraud IP participated in the trilateral seminar organized by the AIPPI, bringing together France, Germany, and Poland—a major event dedicated to current intellectual property issues.
On this occasion, Charlotte Leleu, Partner, spoke on the panel titled “Keep in touch with AI: what’s new in IP in the context of AI?”, sharing her insights on recent developments in intellectual property law in the age of artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, Cyra Nargolwalla, Partner and Vice President of AIPPI France, moderated the “UPC Judge Panel,” during which judges from the Unified Patent Court shared their experiences. Ina Schreiber, Partner and member of AIPPI’s Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court Commission, was also present at the event.
Throughout the seminar, several topics fueled the discussions: the protection of perfumes and fragrances, at the intersection of copyright, trademark, and patent law; the complex issues related to the protection of taste and flavors, addressed through concrete cases and various legal approaches; as well as the challenges posed by artificial intelligence, a subject that is now central to the discussions.
AIPPI is a global organization whose mission is to harmonize, develop, and improve intellectual property laws.
As a committed stakeholder, Plasseraud IP is actively involved in professional associations, contributing to international discourse and the evolution of practices to better support innovation.
