Atsuya Takeshita is a Partner and a Japanese Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. 

He is Head of the Japan Team in Paris since 2009 and advises Japanese clients in their patent filing procedures and all IP matter related to European bodies. 

Christophe Jolly

Christophe Jolly is a Partner, French and European Patent Attorney, and Mechanics Patent Practice Group Leader at Plasseraud IP. He assists his clients, including major French groups in the aviation, automotive and health sectors, in the development and management of their patents portfolio. PhD in Medical Imaging he also obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Physical Acoustics. Christophe chose to carry out his thesis on Medical Imaging in the framework of the development of a high-resolution ultrasound scanner.

Jean-Marc Coquel

Jean-Marc Coquel is a Partner and Head of Bordeaux and Angoulême Offices at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent Attorney. Jean-Marc coordinates the group’s business in the region of Aquitaine. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on developing and implementing their intellectual property strategy in the fields of mechanics, physics and optics.

Charlotte Leleu

Charlotte Leleu is a Partner, French and European Patent Attorney and IT Patent Practice Group Leader at Plasseraud IP. Charlotte advises clients on the protection and defense of their patent portfolio, as well as on the definition and implementation of intellectual property strategies. With a strong background in applied mathematics and computer-implemented inventions, she has developed particular expertise in the field of “Big Data” and Artificial Intelligence.

Gruson Éric

Eric Gruson is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he became a Partner in 2018. Eric is Director of Data & Processes. He has extensive experience in obtaining patents and litigation in the various fields of mechanics and computer science (e.g. drilling, computer simulation, bioinformatics tools, telecommunications and cryptography). He was dealing with numerous cases of infringement before French courts and numerous appeals before the EPO. Eric also provides training about employee inventions, software patentability and counterfeit seizures on a regular basis.

Albert Hassine

Albert Hassine is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specializes in software protection with applications as varied as telecommunications, image processing and bioinformatics. He also gives training courses on software protection in Europe (patentability, copyright, licensing of "free" software). Albert Hassine started in IP in 1996.

Laurence Loumes

She spent 14 years in the United States and Canada before joining Plasseraud IP, where she practiced as both a U.S. and Canadian patent agent. Laurence has nearly 20 years of experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation.

Guillaume Durville is a Partner and a European Patent Attorney based in Madrid at Plasseraud IP.  He advises Plasseraud IP's clients, in particular major players in IT and consumer goods sectors, on the development and management of their patent portfolios. 

Atom Tong Xi Jun

Atom Tong is a Partner at Plasseraud IP. He is a dually qualified Chinese and European Patent Attorney, as well as a UPC Representative. 

He plays a key role in the business development strategy for the Chinese market, alongside his technical responsibilities. 

He received his LL.M. Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from Shanghai University, a post-graduate program in Intellectual Property Rights, the first IP Education Program in China.
