He is also experienced in patent information (e.g., searches for prior art for invalidation or freedom to operate) and has succeeded in many oppositions cases filed against European patents.
Emmanuel has gained experience as a patent examiner with the European Patent Office and as a European patent attorney in a Luxembourgish firm prior to joining Plasseraud IP in 2023.
 

Gaël Le Saux is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He notably assists clients in the information technology sector with the development and management of their patent portfolios.

Phuc-Toan is a Technology Specialist at Plasseraud IP. He is mainly involved in patent drafting and accompanies firms throughout their patent application process.
Phuc-Toan gained experience as a patents technical advisor at Fasken, a Canadian law firm where he worked in the Intellectual Property section.

Alice Jacob is a Technology Specialist at Plasseraud IP. Her activity is mainly dedicated to the preparation and obtention of patents, as well as carrying out patentability and freedom-to-operate studies in the fields of mechanics, IT and telecommunications. Alice trained as a geologist, and has advanced knowledge of geophysics, astrophysics, rock mechanics and civil engineering, as well as signal processing and numerical simulations.

Jennifer Duboué is a Techology Specialist at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in drafting and obtaining patents in fields such as aeronautics or the oil sector, from physical chemistry of complex interfaces to turbo engines. Jennifer is graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielle de la ville de Paris (ESPCI) and has completed a master's degree in aeronautical project management at SUPAERO in partnership with ENAC and Ecole de l'Air. After her experience within Airbus group, she completed a Ph.D.

Bruno Loubet is a European patent attorney at Plasseraud IP. He mainly works in the fields of computer science and software. 
Bruno advises a wide range of start-ups, large groups and research organisations in the constitution and management of their portfolios, the drafting and monitoring of patent application procedures, and the analysis of freedom to operate.
