Laura Nguyen

Laura Nguyen is a French Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in patent drafting and accompanies firms throughout their patent application process. Her engineering training at the Ecole des Mines de Saint-Étienne and her major in Data Science enable her to work in many fields including computer science and telecommunications. During her studies, she gained professional experience as a data scientist at the Société de Calcul Mathématique in Paris before focusing on intellectual property. Laura joined Plasseraud IP in 2020.

Aude Vallée

Aude Vallée is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in patent drafting and patent prosecution in the fields of mechanics, but also patentability and freedom to operate studies. Aude gained experience as a patent engineer in a major French IP law firm where she worked for seven years.

Aude joined Plasseraud IP in 2022.

Nicholas Moore

Nicholas Moore is a European and UK Patent Attorney. He is active in the fields of electronics and software. His practice mainly focuses on wireless telecoms, mobile phone handsets and electronic systems in aircraft . Nicholas has developed a particular expertise in patents for 5G telecoms and digital television. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Patent Attorney in a Dutch multinational developer and creator of location technology and consumer electronics. He also worked as a Research Engineer for the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology for five years.

Gaëlle Windal

Gaëlle Windal is a French and European Patent Attorney in the Paris office of Plasseraud IP, where she advises clients in the IT sector on the development and management of their patent portfolio.

Le Falher Guy

Guy Le Falher began his carrer in an IP firm near Paris in 2002. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2007 and focuses on the fields of the consumer products (writing implements, packaging) and automobile industry, for which he carries out patent prosecution proceedings, freedom to operate and invalidity studies.
