Loubat Patrice

Patrice spent 10 years at Hutchinson’s. He was Chief Engineer in a Research Centre and managed an advanced Engineering team in the automative anti-vibration development. During this experience, he discovered the fields of competitor benchmarking, technological watches and industrial property. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2005. Patrice specializes in the fields of mechanics, acoustics, electronics and signal processing as well as patent prosecution.

Prieur Patrick

Patrick has worked in the field of Intellectual Property since 1995 and he joined PLASSERAUD IP in 2004. He specializes in the mechanics field (e.g. automobile, aeronautics, plastic products manufacturing, consumer products) as well as in patent prosecution and litigation matters.

Christian Schmit

Christian Schmitbegan his career as an engineer in an electronics design department at Souriau Diagnostic Electronic then project manager on automotive diagnostic equipment. He began to work in the field of Intellectual Property at Framatome Connectors International and dealt with inventions of design departments of various European and American sites. He joined a Patent Law firm in Bordeaux in 2002 and dealt with cases for various SMEs in the field of mechanics and electronics and cases of an international group in the aeronautic and aerospace field.

Vigand Régis

Régis Vigand worked for 5 years in patent department of THALES (household appliances, optronics, avionics). He then joined the patent department of ALCATEL (optic fibers & cables, telecom services). Thereafter he worked for 5 years in PEUGEOT’s patent department (electronic & equipment in cars). After having worked for 3 years in an IP firm in Paris (electronic, telecom, mechanics, optics), he joined Plasseraud IP in June 2014, where he essentially deals with patent prosecution, freedom to operate, and oppositions before the EPO.

Cayssol Fenglei

Fenglei Cayssol is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP since 2018. Her Ph.D. work was devoted to the study of the domain wall dynamics in ultrathin ferromagnetic layers by using the anomalous Hall effect. After 1-year post-doctoral research on nanoelectronics based on carbon nanotubes at the Laboratory for Photonics and Nanostructures, she started her career in Intellectual Property in a French IP law firm.

Louis Lavigne

Louis Lavigne is a French Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP, specializing in medical devices and the energy sector, particularly electric batteries. He drafts and defends patent applications before national and international offices and assists clients in disputes brought before offices, the Paris Judicial Court, or private arbitration.
With experience as a research engineer in the healthcare sector, he has developed in-depth expertise in medical devices. He helps startups and large companies enhance the value of their innovations through a strategic and technical approach.

Franklin Renard

Franklin Renard began his career Industrial Property in 2004. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2016. He works predominantly in the fields of mechanics, physics, electricity and electronics (e.g. automobile, packaging, medical devices, …). He handles patent prosecution as well as patent litigation.

Christine Koenig

Christine Koenig started working in the patent department of Valeo in 1997. Responsible for research centers in Germany and United States, for which she mainly handled patent prosecution, freedom to operate studies, and contracts. She then practiced in the field of electronics as well as preparing and obtaining patents at a large French IP firm for more than 6 years. She joined Plasseraud IP in 2009.

Richard Nicolas

Nicolas Richard worked five years for Thomson (Technicolor) in the Patent & Licensing department as "Patent Information Specialist" where he participated in the development of various technological fields of the group, such as electronics, signal processing, digital compression, networks and security. Nicolas has been qualified as a Patent Information Professional in 2019 by the International Standards Board for Qualified Patent Information Professionals (ISBQPIP). He joined Plasseraud IP in 2005.
