Linhart Jan

Jan Linhart is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He studied at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of the Charles University in Prague where he focused on the field of biophysics and chemical physics and wrote his diploma thesis about nonlinear spectroscopy and open quantum systems. Jan became a part of a research group specializing in the area of theoretical biophysics and participated in the research project developing an “Extended Exciton Model in Optical Spectroscopy”. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2013.

Hochereau Dominique

Dominique Hochereau worked on experimental systems for hydrogen storage applied to fuel cells and NiMH batteries at the Université Paris Sud. He later went to the Université Catholique de Louvain where he worked on solid-fluid mixing modelling. He then undertook R&D projects at the Dow Corning company technology center near Brussels. his research was geared towards an optimization of industrial mixers for extrusion processes of silicone polymers. Dominique Hochereau joined Plasseraud IP in 2008.

Fei Faye

Faye is a Chinese Patent Attorney and specializes in the field of mechanical engineering and design, Chinese IP litigation, patent invalidation, and patent prosecution. She holds a LL.M. Masters Degree in Intellectual Property from Shanghai University. Faye is also a member of the Chinese Bar (2013), currently pursuing an MBA program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), a top 3 university in China. Faye joined Plass IP Shanghai Office in 2014.
