Doris Zhu joined Plasseraud IP’s Shanghai office as an IP legal assistant in 2015. She engages in registration, objections, oppositions and review of all matters related to trademarks and designs.

Marion Chavaroc is a jurist at Plasseraud IP. She deals with the management of domain names. She worked in the legal department of a French company specializing in telecommunications in Paris for two years. Marion joined Plasseraud IP in 2008.

Baptiste Mondon is an Industrial Property Attorney at Plasseraud IP. In addition to managing trademark and design portfolios, he assists his clients in drafting, negotiating, and auditing contracts related to their innovations and intellectual property assets.

A former lawyer, he holds a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law (CEIPI) and Business Law. Baptiste joined Plasseraud IP in 2017.

Cécile Dat-Babin is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is involved in various aspects of trademark, design and domain name law, both in France and abroad. Her work concerns particularly procedures, the drafting of agreements and contracts, as well as litigation related to Industrial Property rights. She was a lawyer in the Morelle & Bardou law firm since September 1988 and has joined the Plasseraud IP Toulouse team in 2012.
