Camille Dupuch Minard is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. With over 10 years of experience, she is mainly involved in the protection, defense and management of trademarks and designs as well as contracts drafting. More specifically, she is in charge of portfolio management and strategy definition. She also guides clients in the litigation and pre-litigation phases. Prior to joining Plasseraud IP, she worked as a strategy consultant for an American consulting firm, where she was involved in France, but also in the United States, Italy, Germany, etc. She then worked for several French IP law firms. She co-leads the "Blockchain, IP and Metaverse" training in the framework of the IEEPI (European Enterprise and Intellectual Property Institute). Camille is a member of the Contracts and Diversity and Inclusion subcommittees of the CNCPI. She is also a member of the Association des Praticiens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles (APRAM) and of the LES (Licensing Executives Society). Camille joined Plasseraud IP in 2021.
