Michel Bolinches

Michel Bolinches is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP since 2016. He is involved in the drafting of patent applications, securities issuance procedures, legal consultations (patentability and freedom of operation studies, IP portfolio audits) as well as disputes and oppositions before the EPO. Michel has accumulated a vast experience in Intellectual Property since 1993. His experience originates from working for the French Government Agency for Defense procurement and technology and consulting firms, where he covered mechanics, physics, and chemistry (especially for the automobile industry), through to the MICHELIN Group's IP department, where he worked in the field of polymerization processes and rubber.
