Sandrine Bouvier-Ravon is a partner at Plasseraud IP Avocats and a specialist in Intellectual Property law.
With more than 35 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, she has developed strong international expertise across all areas of patent law, and particularly in advising clients in the high‑tech sector.
She advises her clients and regularly acts in complex, high‑stakes litigation before both French and European courts (including the Unified Patent Court – UPC).
Sandrine has also built a recognized practice in trademark law, design law, unfair competition, copyright (representing authors, publishers, and designers), and trade secret protection.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990, she is actively involved in the work of numerous professional associations, including AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and AAPI (Association of Industrial Property Attorneys), and has served several terms on the Board of Directors of APEB (Association of European Patent Practitioners).
She also teaches patent litigation at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) in Strasbourg, where she is a member of the Academic Committee.
