Plasseraud IP Committed to Diversity and Inclusion at the DEI in IP Forum 2026

On March 23, 2026, Plasseraud IP participated in The European Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in IP Forum, organized by ADAPT.legal at Amadeus in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

ADAPT.legal is a European organization dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal and intellectual property professions by bringing together a community of industry stakeholders to share strategic insights, feedback, and concrete best practices.

This conference brought together professionals and decision-makers around a common goal: to make diversity and inclusion true drivers of sustainable organizational transformation.

On this occasion, Yves Brague, Director of People & Change at the Plasseraud IP Group, spoke to present the group’s CSR policies as well as its inclusive approach, rooted in managerial practices and the employee experience. The discussions highlighted concrete case studies, the expectations of the younger generation of professionals, and the main drivers of change within organizations.
During the roundtable discussion “Do we need a formal D&I group / ERG to drive change,” Yves Brague spoke with Habib Ragelhassi, IAAP CPACC (Amadeus), about employee engagement and the relationship between grassroots initiatives and structural drivers at the corporate level.

This discussion is fully in line with the momentum driven by Plasseraud IP’s new governance structure, notably marked by the creation of the People & Change Department, with the ambition of aligning values, processes, managerial transformation, and the employee experience.

Plasseraud IP extends its warmest thanks to Amadeus, Céline Revillard, and ADAPT.legal for organizing this event, which was rich in discussion, the sharing of experiences, and opportunities for action.
