Solène Bourdet is a jurist at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in various aspects of trademarks, designs and copyrights. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property law at the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Prior to joining Plasseraud IP, she worked in several companies in different sectors (research center and audiovisual) allowing her to develop different types of skills. Solène joined Plasseraud IP in 2022

Sophie Jacqueline is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She handles the full range of intellectual property issues relating to trademarks, domain names and models. She manages trademark portfolios on behalf of various companies, mainly in the areas of press, media and consumer products. Her missions mainly include the development of strategy, obtaining and defending industrial property titles. Sophie began her career as a jurist in two intellectual property law firms before joining the IP firm Vittoz in 1996 and headed it in 2013.

Myriam Fayard is Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is involved in various aspects of trademark, design and domain names law, both in France and abroad. Her work concerns particularly procedures, the drafting of agreements as well as pre-litigation and litigation phases. She manages trademark portfolios on behalf of major companies, mainly in the fields of press and media, hotels and audiovisual production. Myriam joined the IP law firm Vittoz, a company of Plasseraud IP Group, in 2004.

Ecaterina Bonin is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is in charge of the Strasbourg office. She assists her clients in the fields of trademarks, designs and copyrights. She coordinates the group’s business in the region of Alsace and more widely in the East of France (“Grand Est”). Ecaterina has acquired more than fifteen years of experience in managing IP portfolios and drafting contracts for large international groups, within one of the leading IP firms in Alsace.
