Marie Pusel

Marie Pusel is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in the protection, defense and management of trademarks and designs and has worked since 2004 in several IP law firms. Marie is also a registered Mediator in the field of industrial property. She actively participates in the life of the CNCPI, of which she is an active member of the International Proceedings Commission. She is also a member of professional associations such as APRAM, INTA and PTMG. Marie joined Plasseraud IP in 2021.

Laurent Léopold-Metzger

Laurent Léopold-Metzger is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He has been working in the field of intellectual property for more than six years. In particular, he worked for one year in an Anglo-Saxon law firm and five years at EUIPO in the Operations Departments and the Boards of Appeal. He specializes in European Union and French trade mark law cases and is involved in the management of trade mark and design portfolios. He joined our office in Alicante in March 2020.

Petra Kotsch

Petra Kotsch is a German Attorney at law. She focusses on German, European and international trademark law, in particular on trademark strategy, infringement and cancellation proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office, the EUIPO and German Civil Courts. She is also a well versed practitioner in the fields of licensing, management of trademark portfolios, contract drafting and negotiation, design law, domain disputes and unfair competition law. Petra Kotsch is a partner at Mayr Kotsch, a Munich-based law firm. She is consultant at Plasseraud IP since 2020.

Natacha Sasiuk

Natacha Sasiuk is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She mainly deals with trademarks, designs and copyrights. She has worked in IP Law Firms as well as in the Legal Department of two International Firms located near Lyon. She holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law. Natacha has joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.

Juliette Allardon

Juliette Allardon is a French Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in various aspects of trademarks, designs and copyrights. She has also developed an expertise in contractual engineering in the field of intellectual property. She graduated with a Master Degree in Intellectual Property law after a first year Master Degree in Business law in Australia. Juliette joined Plasseraud IP in 2018. 

Anna Sedgwick

Anna Sedgwick is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. 
With more than 15 years’ experience, she assists her clients in the protection and defence of their trademarks, design rights and domain names. Prior to joining the group, she worked in an international law firm and a firm of patent and trademark attorneys. Anna joined EGYP, a company of Plasseraud IP Group, in 2016.

Stéphane Millet

Stéphane Millet is a jurist at Plasseraud IP. He is a member of the Internet and New Technology team since September 2016 and involved in the management of domain name portfolios and Internet surveillance (domain names, Internet content and social networks). Stéphane joined Plasseraud IP in 2014.

Camille Draber

Camille Draber is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She assists her clients in the management of their portfolio of titles (trademarks, designs and models). With more than fifteen years of experience in Industrial Property Attorneys, she assists them clients in defining their strategy for the protection and defense of their titles. Her clients are involved in various activities, such as car repair, electrical accessories, clothing industry... . She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Property Law. Camille joined Plasseraud IP in 2014.

Hiroe Takahashi

Hiroe Takahashi is a Japanese Patent and Trademark Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She coordinates the files of trademark and designs procedures, consultations, as well as all Japanese legal matters for French clients. She is in charge of the clients’ and Japanese Confreres' legal requests for France and Europe. In her role as Japanese Trademark and Patent Attorney she deals mainly with trademarks and designs. She has worked for Japanese companies in Japan, where she continues to travel to regularly and which allows her to maintain and develop close contacts with local companies and confreres.
