Benjamin Fontaine

Benjamin Fontaine is a Partner at Plasseraud IP. He is a qualified French and European Trademark & Design Attorney as well as a Spanish-qualified lawyer. He has been coordinating the Trademark and Litigation practice of the Alicante office since 2003. He also acts as a panelist at WIPO. Benjamin brings his know-how in geographical indications and UDRP procedures as an expert of Plasseraud IP Appellations & Origins and Plasseraud IP Internet & Data. He has a broad range of experience in trademarks and related matters.

Camille Gaudin

Camille Gaudin is a Jurist at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in the fields of digital law and anti-counterfeiting. Her work mainly consists of assisting clients in enhancing and protecting their rights online as well as defending their assets. Camille gained experience as an IP/IT Jurist during her four years at a major French IP law firm where she specialized in industrial property law. Camille joined Plasseraud IP in 2023.

Stéphane Millet

Stéphane Millet is a jurist at Plasseraud IP. He is a member of the Internet and New Technology team since September 2016 and involved in the management of domain name portfolios and Internet surveillance (domain names, Internet content and social networks). Stéphane joined Plasseraud IP in 2014.

Hiroe Takahashi

Hiroe Takahashi is a Japanese Patent and Trademark Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She coordinates the files of trademark and designs procedures, consultations, as well as all Japanese legal matters for French clients. She is in charge of the clients’ and Japanese Confreres' legal requests for France and Europe. In her role as Japanese Trademark and Patent Attorney she deals mainly with trademarks and designs. She has worked for Japanese companies in Japan, where she continues to travel to regularly and which allows her to maintain and develop close contacts with local companies and confreres.
