Marielle GRAFF is a jurist at Plasseraud IP Internet & Data. She is mainly involved in the fields of digital and Internet laws. In this regard, Marielle is committed to supporting in the compliance of the digital and innovative projects, both in contractual matters and in the field of compliance with regulations related to personal data. Furthermore, Marielle is also skilled with handling all issues related to digital law, the protection of  immaterial assets, as well as the protection and defense rights on the Internet.

Jean-Paul Ameline is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specializes in telecommunications, computer science, electronics and signal processing. He worked in another IP firm before joining Plasseraud IP in 2013. He has more than 15 years of experience as IP Manager, Senior IP Counsel, and IP Manager for large telecommunications equipment supply groups.  He has extensive experience in patent transactions with a focus on licenses, divestitures, M & A transactions, technology licenses and R&D agreements.

Vincent Girard is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He is involved in the fields of chemistry, materials and energy as well as in the preparation and obtaining of patents. After his studies as a chemical engineer, he specialized in materials sciences by completing a doctorate at IFP Energies Nouvelles. He joined the world of Intellectual Property and Plasseraud IP in 2013.

Marion is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She advises individuals, companies and research institutes on the development and management of their patent portfolio: patent applications, procedures for granting titles, legal consultations (freedom to operate, patentability, audit of IP portfolios) and valuation. She mainly works in biotechnologies, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and agrifood sectors. In particular, she has developed strong skills in litigation. She is also a trainer at the IEEPI.

Lara Escudier is a Project Manager at Plasseraud IP Contracts & Valuation since 2017. She is involved in the valuation of IP rights and contracts. After a master's degree in biotechnology and law, Lara built her experience in industrial property and technology transfer at the national valuation subsidiary of the main public research institution in Europe, where she was in charge of monitoring contracts and renegotiations.
