Plasseraud IP at the ECTA (official) Autumn Meeting in Porto (Portugal) from 15-16 October 2026.

Benjamin Fontaine, Partner at Plasseraud IP and ECTA First Vice-President, and Philippe Picard, Partner at Plasseraud IP and Secretary of ECTA’s Law Committee, are pleased to take part in the 15th Meeting of the Supervisory Board and Committees, which will take place in Porto, Portugal
 
This year’s Autumn Meeting workshop “Self-defence class: Protecting one's name, image and likeness” (open to all IP professionals) will address both prosecution aspects, including the registration of a name or appearance as a trade mark, and post-grant matters, in particular the use and enforcement of the rights.
 
Founded in 1980, ECTA (official) is an association that promotes the knowledge and professionalism of #intellectualproperty experts in the fields of #trademarks, #designs, #copyright and other intellectual property rights within the European Union. As a place of exchange and sharing, ECTA works for the common opinion of the European intellectual property law community.
