Christian Schmit is Of Counsel, French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP.

Christian Schmit began his career as an engineer in an electronics design department at Souriau Diagnostic Electronic then project manager on automotive diagnostic equipment. He began to work in the field of Intellectual Property at Framatome Connectors International and dealt with inventions of design departments of various European and American sites. He joined a Patent Law firm in Bordeaux in 2002 and dealt with cases for various SMEs in the field of mechanics and electronics and cases of an international group in the aeronautic and aerospace field.

He joined the Bordeaux office of Plasseraud IP in 2018.
