Éric Gruson

Eric Gruson is a Patent Attorney and Partner at Plasseraud IP. He joined the firm in 2010 and became a Partner in 2018. He has extensive experience in obtaining patents and litigation in the various fields of mechanics and computer science (e.g. drilling, computer simulation, bioinformatics tools, telecommunications and cryptography). He was dealing with numerous cases of infringement before French courts and numerous appeals before the EPO. Eric also provides training about employee inventions, software patentability and counterfeit seizures on a regular basis.
