Jean-René Bailly

Jean-René Bailly is responsible for the financial evaluation practice of Plasseraud IP: Contracts & Valuation. He advises his clients on the monetary valuation of intangible assets, technology transfer and negotiations. He gained his IP experience in the national valuation subsidiary of the main public research institution in Europe, where he held management positions, such as Director of Contracts and Participations Monitoring during 10 years. He also acted as observer on the boards of directors where he was responsible for start-ups, some listed on the stock market, and capital increases.
