Nathalie Pacaud

Nathalie Pacaud is a French and European Trademark and Design Attorney and partner at Plasseraud IP. She assists a wide range of clients, including industrial multinationals, banking groups and SMEs, on all aspects of trademark protection, exploitation and defence. Nathalie is particularly experienced in the field of collective and certification marks and acts regularly on behalf of certification bodies. Nathalie is in charge of the Trademarks & Design practice in Toulouse and is a member of Plasseraud IP Appellations & Origins team. She is the Treasurer of the CNCPI (French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute) and an active member of the APRAM (French Association of Trademark and Model Attorneys), AIDV (International Wine Law Association) and AFEC (French Association of Competition Study). Nathalie joined EGYP in 1999 where she has been a partner since 2014.
