Oung-Heng Heng is a French & European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He advises on patents in the fields of electrochemistry, medical technologies, food products and materials. After his graduation, he worked for six years in a major French IP firm, where he developed his technical and legal skills. His professional training and academic background enable him to readily bridge the fields of mechanics, physics and chemistry. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2013.

Maria Cristina Milea is a French Patent and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She specialises in drafting, prosecuting and defending patents in the fields of chemistry, food products and polymers. Maria Cristina gained experience during long-term internships in the IP Departments of global cosmetic companies (L’OREAL and CHANEL) based in the Parisian region and as a technology specialist for two years at (PATENT 42), an IP law firm based in Luxembourg. Maria Cristina joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.

Charlotte is a European patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She works mainly on mechanical inventions, particularly in the fields of medical devices, consumer goods, industrial technologies and automotive components. She is involved in freedom-to-operate, drafting, validation and infringement of patents. Following a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering and a year’s experience within a company focused on the development of medical devices, Charlotte joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.

Alexandre est Ingénieur Brevets au sein de Plasseraud IP. Il intervient en matière de brevets principalement dans les secteurs des télécommunications, de l’énergie, de l’informatique et de l’optique. Il s’est spécialisé dans la protection des inventions mettant en œuvre des programmes d’ordinateurs, ainsi que dans la procédure de demandes de brevet pour de telles inventions devant les Offices, notamment en Europe et aux Etats-Unis. Auparavant, Alexandre a travaillé pendant deux ans au sein d’un cabinet de conseil en propriété intellectuelle parisien.
