Tucapsky David

David Tucapsky is a European and Czech Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He advises publics institutes, SMEs and large international groups in the protection and defense of their patent portfolio, from filing to granting as well as oppositions procedures. His portfolio includes clients in the aerospace, automotive, optics and electronics fields. He studied at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Ostrava and his field of study was focused on Aviation Technology, respectively on Air Operation Technology and Transport Equipment and Technology.

Vondras Jan

Jan Vondraš is a European and Czech patent attorney based in Prague. He has been providing his services to Plasseraud IP as an external consultant since 2024. He has held technical management positions in various international industrial companies in the US, UK, China, Czech Republic, Germany and the Netherlands. He has been involved in research and development in the areas of scientific instruments, automotive components, internal combustion engines and safety systems for hydrocarbon production. He is also the author of several inventions.

Kirt ZHANG

After obtaining his Master’s Degree in Mobile Telecommunications, Kirt Zhang worked in the Research Laboratory of a Taiwanese Telecommunications Company in Shanghai, China, as a Core Research Engineer of the antenna design department working on projects related to mobile technologies such as CDMA,GSM, BT, WIMAX, GPS, and WIFI. He joined Plasseraud IP Limited (Shanghai), in 2008.

Wang Clark

Clark Wang received a Bachelors degree in Energy and Power Engineering (Thermal Engineering) from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in 2017. Before joining Plasseraud IP, Clark worked at Shentie Jieneng Information Technology Co., Ltd. as an operations engineer. He was mainly responsible for the maintenance of large air conditioning equipment at high-speed railway stations. Since 2018 he is a Chinese Patent Attorney in the field of mechanics and electrical engineering.

Shao Sam

Sam Shao received his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai University, a 211 Leading Academic Discipline Project Education Program in China. Prior to joining Plasseraud IP Shanghai office in 2012, Sam was with Shanghai Shen-Mei Beverage & Food Co., Ltd. (Coca-Cola Shanghai) in Device Department and interned with Parker Hannifin (Shanghai) in their Global Sourcing Department in 2011.

Hiromi Sakata-Delhon

Hiromi Sakata-Delhon is an IP Legal Assistant at Plasseraud IP. She assists IP attorneys and other professionals on a variety of tasks focused on patent prosecution matters. She is also in charge of communicating with Japanese patent firms and companies. Previously she had experienced various business fields in Japan and France, she started her career as an assistant in an IP law firm in Paris. She joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.
