Nathalie Wajs

Nathalie is a Partner and Chemistry Patent Practice Group Leader at Plasseraud IP. She advises individuals, companies and research institutes on the development and management of their patents: patent drafting and prosecution, patent related legal advice (freedom-to-operate, due diligence) and IP valuation in different chemistry fields (cosmetics, pharmacy, polymers, petrochemistry and catalysis). She has developed a solid expertise in contentious matters including patent litigation and opposition proceedings before the EPO. Nathalie started her career in IP at L'Oréal in 2004, where she was in charge of the foundation and powder portfolio.
