Founded in 1972, IPO brings together over 450 organizations from more than 30 countries. Its aim is to represent its members on legislative issues, highlight current challenges, and raise public awareness of the protection of intellectual property rights. This guide reflects the IPO's commitment to inclusion and diversity within professional communities. ADAPT offers an insight into the career of an IP attorney, and enables young talent to meet and develop links with experienced patent professionals.
Mentoring is at the heart of Plasseraud IP's values. We are actively committed to supporting the next generation of talent through concrete actions, such as our participation in DuoDay, where we offer professional discovery opportunities to people with disabilities. Several of our partners are also mentors for the association Maisons des Jeunes Talents, supporting young talents in their career paths and introducing them to the world of intellectual property. Last but not least, we are active member of the AFMD (Association Française des Managers de la Diversité) and took part last October in the #SERI (Semaine de l'Entreprise Responsable et Inclusive), where we gave a talk on the importance of mentoring in business.
