Plasseraud IP Announces Major Governance Overhaul and New Leadership Appointments

Paris, May 5, 2025 – Plasseraud IP, France’s leading IP firm, announces a major overhaul of its governance structure to support its continued growth and prepare for the future.

In recent months, Plasseraud IP has implemented several structural transformations in response to changes in its market. The group has established a Management Committee and a Board, with Bertrand Loisel and Eric Burbaud appointed as CEOs.

Within the Board, Cyra Nargolwalla and Guylène Kiesel Le Cosquer will join Bertrand Loisel and Eric Burbaud in playing a strategic, advisory, and guiding role for the group.

They will be fully dedicated to the firm’s key structural and institutional priorities, including business development, strategy, growth, and the transformations this entail.

The Management Committee brings together the CEOs, the heads of business services, as well as Ina Schreiber and Charlotte Montaud, representing the Patents and Legal Departments, respectively.
