Plasseraud IP at the "French and UPC Seizure" seminar in London

On 16 February 2024 , Atsuya TAKESHITA, Head of Japan Team and Japanese Patent Attorney, was in London as a speaker at the "French and UPC Seizure" lecture.

The seminar was organized with members of the UK IP Study Group, a group of IP professionals in the UK and Europe.

The purpose of the seminar was to exchange information on intellectual property practices and legal knowledge for IP professionals including corporate IP departments, patent attorneys and lawyers.

Around 30 IP professionals attended and discussed for strategic use of the Seizure of France and UPC, and exchanged detailed legal practice.
