The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) 2023 Annual Meeting will be held in Boston, at the Hynes Convention Center, on September 10, 11 and 12.

Our expert Laurence Loumes, European and French Patent Attorney, is delighted to attend this year Annual Meeting as a panelist.

She will address the issue of compulsory licenses and specifically in regard to climate change.

Founded in 1972, this association brings together more than 125 companies from over 30 countries and aims to give its members a voice in legislation, highlight current issues and raise public awareness of the protection of intellectual property rights.

The IPO Annual Conference is a major event that brings together intellectual property experts and professionals from around the world. It provides an opportunity to discuss the latest news, legal and technological issues, and share best practices in this constantly evolving field.
