John Podtetenieff is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP.

He specialises in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, defending his clients’ granted patents and attacking competitor patents, primarily in the fields of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

He is also experienced in preparing patent landscapes analyses, conducting portfolio reviews, and advising clients on patenting strategies.

Virginie Placide is a Technology Specialist at Plasseraud IP. She is involved in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the fields of chemistry, particularly organic chemistry, polymers, and materials. 
Virginie gained experience as a researcher in academic laboratories in France (ENS Lyon, CNRS) and abroad (South Korea, Japan), in the field of organic chemistry for applications ranging from materials chemistry to bioimaging. 
Virginie joined Plasseraud IP in 2025.

Min Kyu Cho is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP: He studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen and holds a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law and Knowledge Management from Maastricht University. His academic research activities at Fraunhofer institute and BMW in Germany was in the fields of production technologies of automotive components. Min Kyu is currently undergoing further training to become German and French patent attorney. After working at a German IP firm in Munich for 5 years, he joined Plasseraud IP in 2025.
