Ann QIAN

Ann is the administrative assistant of the Plasseraud IP’s Shanghai office, responsible for daily operations. She joined Plasseraud IP Shanghai office in 2013. Bringing her extensive administrative experience, she assists our professional colleagues and ensures the completion of the day-to-day operational tasks for the office. 

Joanna MIAO

Joanna MIAO is a Patent Paralegal at the Shanghai office of Plasseraud IP. From 2014 to 2016, she worked at SBZL IP LAW FIRM, where she gained extensive experience in trademark and copyright registration as well as the Patent CPC system. In 2016, she joined Plasseraud IP and quickly integrated into its core team with her professional background. Joanna is primarily responsible for interacting with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on behalf of Plasseraud IP Shanghai’s professionals.

Nan LIU

Nan is a Chinese Patent Attorney with over 15 years of experience in both private practice and the manufacturing industry. Before joining Plasseraud IP, she served as an IP Manager at a European materials technology manufacturer, handling intellectual property matters related to EV battery materials and platinum-engineered materials. Nan also worked at a European law firm in Shanghai, managing prosecution and litigation for clients primarily in the materials and pharmaceutical sectors. Nan joined Plasseraud IP in 2025 and specializes in the field of Chemistry.

May JU

May Ju joined Plasseraud IP Shanghai in 2010 as the Head of the Patent Filing and Formalities Department. May specializes in matters of Chinese patent’s filing, assignment, restoring, paying annuity, design, PCT applications and trademarks. Prior to working at Plasseraud IP Limited (Shanghai), Ms. JU was the head of the patent filing and formalities department in CHINA SINDA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LIMITED Shanghai Office for 12 years managing all aspects of patent procedure matters.
