Frédéric Niemann is a partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2005 where he is active in the fields of biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry and medtech. He was an examiner at the European Patent Office from 2000 to 2005 (in The Hague). He was specialized in the fields of biotechnology (gene therapy, vaccines, and diagnostics).

Mathias Robert is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plassseraud IP. He is specialized in various industrial sectors, such as aeronautics and automotive, which include different technical (mechanical, electronic) and legal aspects (procedure for obtaining intellectual property rights, litigation, strategic analysis). Mathias is particularly recognized for his expertise in artificial intelligence, he assists his customers, whether major corporations or start-ups, in defining protection strategies, obtaining intellectual property rights, litigation and audits.

Yann is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he has been a partner since 2020. His work focusses on the petroleum, farm machinery, machine tools, medical devices, electricity, telecommunications and IT sectors. He is also responsible for relations with INPI on IT matters and advanced user aspects of the office's online solutions (e-INPI team). Yann also teaches Intellectual Property at an engineering school and is a member of the panel of examiners for the professional IP attorney exam specialising in Patents.

Nadine Rocaboy is a Partner at Plasseraud IP since 2018. She assists SMEs, multinationals and research institutes in the development and management of their patent portfolio, in particular in chemistry and pharmaceuticals. She has a long experience before the European Patent Office including oral proceedings, opposition and appeal proceedings and assists clients in litigation before the French Court. She founded Plasseraud IP Start-up to support young entrepreneurs in their IP strategy and the filing of their patents.

Anne Desaix is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her work mainly focuses on patents in the field of life sciences. She represents major French and international research laboratories and innovative SMEs. She has an extensive expertise in long-term protection strategies and constitution of patent portfolios in pioneering technologies. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Anne has acquired a great wealth of experience in handling complex proceedings before the EPO and before the French courts.

Denis Boubal is a partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specializes predominately in the mechanical field, both in patent proceedings and litigation matters. After obtaining a Master of Science in Manufacturing degree, he practiced for seven years in an IP firm. He joined Plasseraud IP in 2011.

Bertrand Loisel is a member of Plasseraud IP's Executive Committee. 

An Industrial Property Attorney and European Patent Attorney, he heads the firm's Mechanics-Electronics-Computing department. He supports major players and innovative companies in the IT, telecoms and construction sectors in their industrial property strategy, in the technical fields of mechanics, IT and electricity. He advises and litigates, representing clients in oppositions before the European Patent Office, and in infringement cases before French and foreign courts. 

Jean-Marc Coquel is a Partner and Head of Bordeaux and Angoulême Offices at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent Attorney. Jean-Marc coordinates the group’s business in the region of Aquitaine. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on developing and implementing their intellectual property strategy in the fields of mechanics, physics and optics. His practice focuses on utilities (water management, plasma torch manufacturing), medical devices, optical instruments, agriTech (cooperage, wine or spirit breeding, fencing), and aerospace.

バイオテクノロジー、医薬品（ワクチン、ホルモン療法、がん）、繊維、製紙、食品産業などの分野における卓越した専門知識で常に高い評価を得ている。EPOでの異議申立および審判手続において、フランス語と英語の両方で代理人として優れた実績を残した。また、フランスや各国での訴訟も扱っている。
バイオテクノロジー／医薬品の特許課題や訴訟に関する会議で定期的に講演を実施。EPOに頻繁に招かれ、審査官と、審査および異議申立に関してEPOが顧客満足を達成する方法についても講演した。EPOでの口頭審理に関する議論にも定期的に参加し、ビデオ会議による口頭審理への移行をEPOが推進することを支持している。Cyraは、現在のSACEPO（欧州特許庁常設諮問委員会）規則作業部会の特別委員としてEPO長官から招聘された2人の著名な知的財産専門家のうちの1人である。SACEPOのガイドライン作業部会のメンバーとしても活躍した。
