Intervention of Cyra Nargolwalla, Partner, at the EPO Life Sciences Seminar in Seattle

Cyra Nargolwalla will be speaking during a Workshop at the EPO Life Sciences Seminar in Seattle, Washington on May 17 and 18, 2018, with Jeremy Scott of the EPO.  The topic of the workshop is: Successful filing of PCT applications at the EPO – avoiding pitfalls for US applicants.

In plenary sessions attendees will learn about the latest developments at the EPO in areas including quality, timeliness and how the EPO handles Asian documentation.
An interactive panel discussion and break-out workshops will look at the patentability of life sciences inventions at the EPO, providing both information on the legal framework and hands-on claim drafting advice.
