Cyra Nargolwalla comments on the EPO's announcement concerning the accelerated processing before the Boards of Appeal

Cyra Nargolwalla, Managing Partner, is quoted in a Managing IP article about the acceleration of proceedings before the EPO Boards of Appeal.

On June 16, 2023, the EPO Boards of Appeal proposed changes to the Rules of Procedure, in particular to speed up proceedings, which would reduce the time taken for parties to respond from four months to two months.
