Plasseraud IP at the 2023 41st ECTA Annual Conference "Exploring IP Magic"

Our experts are participating this week to the ECTA Annual conference in Prague, taking place from June 28th to July 1st- 2023, to meet 840 IP professionals from 80 countries and to “explore the magic of IP” :

• Benjamin Fontaine, Partner at Plasseraud IP and Chair of the ECTA EUIPO-Link Committee, Member of the Supervisory Board and Geographical Indications Committee;
• Laurent Nowak, Partner at Plasseraud IP and member of the ECTA Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, and ;
• Philippe Picard, Partner at Plasseraud IP and member of the ECTA Law Committee.

Benjamin Fontaine will be a speaker on Friday June 30 at 11am, for the 7th session “Geographical Names as Trade Marks: Road to Nowhere? (Iceland – Andorra)”.
