Plasseraud IP to attend the Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Europe Summit

Plasseraud IP will be attending at the 19th annual forum Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation Europe, which is to be held in Amsterdam on 19–20 May!
 
On this occasion, Ellen Broug, a Professional Representative before the European Patent Office and a Representative before the JUB, will speak at the event and co-chair a panel on Wednesday 20 May from 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm entitled:
“Demystifying US Invalidity and Infringement: The Need-to-Know Playbook for Coordinating US Patent Disputes with European Strategy”
 
Over the course of two days, Plasseraud IP Amsterdam will take part in the “Pharma & Biotech Patent Litigation in Europe” forum organised by C5, which will bring together litigation lawyers, government representatives, professional associations and in-house counsel.
 
The aim is to analyse the latest legal and regulatory developments affecting the life sciences sector.
