Plasseraud IP in JUVE Patent’s article about the UPC

Press Review

JUVE Patent, a reference legal review dedicated to the European patent market, has analysed positioning of European patent firms before the future Unified Patent Court (UPC).

The online review highlights the “unstoppable trend towards mixed practices” within IP firms, patent attorneys and lawyers, and mentions the Plasseraud IP group among European patent firms the best-prepared for the UPC:
“[…] the UPC is reinforcing the trend once again. Another example is Plasseraud, which took on two litigators”.
JUVE Patent refers to Jean-Christophe Guerrini, Partner & Lawyer at Plasseraud Avocats, and Alexander Paichadze, Lawyer, who joined the Plassseraud IP group in 2021.

The UPC has been in preparation phase since January 19, 2022 and will be launched in a few months.
