Tara Perset

Tara Perset is a patent engineer at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in drafting and monitoring patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, immunology and biotherapy. During her studies, Tara carried out several research internships (Imagine Institute, King’s College London) before turning to industrial property.
Tara joined Plasseraud IP in 2023.

Lionel Morvan

Lionel Morvan is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. His work mainly focuses on patent matters in the fields of biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and agri-food. He also advises patent holders in the fields of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC) and Plant Variety Rights (PVR). Lionel is an agricultural engineer specialized in biotechnologies.

Michael Vosswinkel

Michael Vosswinkel is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He holds a PhD in physical-organic chemistry awarded by the Ruhr-University of Bochum, based on research at the University of Queensland in Australia. Michael assists SMEs and multinationals in the development of their patent portfolio, in particular patent prosecution, drafting of patent applications and FTOs in various fields of chemistry. Michael worked for 6 years in the chemistry section of the patent department of Sonderhoff & Einsel, an IP law firm based in Tokyo.

Bertrand Chesneau

Bertrand Chesneau is a French and European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He specialises in patent drafting, freedom to operate study, patentability study and in opposition proceedings in the fields of chemistry, particularly in organic synthesis, chemical engineering, chemical formulation and pharmacy. Bertrand gained experience as a patent engineer at two IP law firms and at IFPEN in several fields of chemistry. Bertrand joined Plasseraud IP in 2019.
 

Marie Govaert

Marie Govaert is a French Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in drafting and obtaining patents in the fields of pharmacy, biology, food products, and cosmetics. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). She specializes in the Industry sector and more particularly in the field of Regulatory Affairs. Marie studies pharmaceutical sciences and in particular the major systems of the human body, pharmacology, galenic, immunohematology, organic and therapeutic chemistry.

Hervé Le Quéré

Hervé Le Quéré is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. He holds a Ph.D in cellular and molecular biology during which he worked on molecular signaling pathways and cartilage reconstruction. He is mainly involved in the fields of biotechnology, molecular and cellular biology, therapy and has developed a particular expertise in antibodies and vaccines. He also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Previously, he worked in a foreign law firm for seven years. Hervé joined EGYP, member of the Plasseraud IP Group, in 2017.

Lilia Leghmizi

Lilia LEGHMIZI is a patent engineer at Plasseraud IP. She is mainly involved in drafting and monitoring patent applications in the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medicinal chemistry and biochemistry. During her studies, Lilia carried out several research internships (CEA, CNRS) before turning to industrial property. Lilia joined Plasseraud IP in 2022.

Anne Lejeune

Anne Lejeune is a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Genomics applied to the development of new bio-active compounds and a Master’s degree in Business Law with emphasis on Internet Law. She assists clients in the management and defense of their patent portfolio, especially in the fields of biotechnology, bioinformatics and diagnostic. During her scientific training, Anne completed long-term internships in Spain and Germany (at the German Cancer Research Center).

Peter Oosting

Peter Oosting is a Technology Specialist at Plasseraud IP. He is active in several fields of chemistry: pharmaceuticals, electrochemistry, cosmetics, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, polymers and biotechnology. Peter has also developed expertise in nanotechnology. He assists his clients in drafting patent applications, examination procedures, and carries out patentability and freedom-to-operate studies.

Raquel Lopez Garcia

Raquel Lopez Garcia is a European Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She also passed the examination for registration as a patent agent before the USPTO. She is involved in the drafting, prosecution and defence of patents in the field of chemistry and, in particular, in organic chemistry. Raquel started her professional career as a R&D Scientist at Procter & Gamble (Brussels) in the field of detergent formulation (surfactants systems and photobleach). Raquel then acquired experience in the food industry at Quest International (Naarden, The Netherlands).
