Catherine Touati is a Partner and a Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She is involved in the fields of chemistry, cosmetics, food processing, and more specifically in pharmaceuticals and phytopharmacy. She deals with case files, conducts freedom of operation studies and manages litigation files. She has developed a particular expertise in Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC) and Plant Variety Rights (PVR).
