Plasseraud IP in Tokyo : intellectual property at the heart of export strategies to Europe

Plasseraud IP spoke in Tokyo during a presentation on intellectual property issues for the export of Japanese food products to the European market, before the JAFBIC ((Japan Food & Biotechnology Intellectual Property Rights Centre).

Catherine Touati, Nadine Rocaboy and Atsuya Takeshita, Partners, accompanied by Benjamin Fontaine, Partner, and Hiroe Takahashi, Japanese Industrial Property Attorney, via videoconference, shared their expertise on the levers for protecting and enhancing intellectual property assets in an international context.

Founded in 1967, JAFBIC works to promote and utilise intellectual property rights in the food technology, biotechnology, cosmetics and life sciences sectors.

This presentation illustrates the importance of international cooperation and tailored strategic support. Plasseraud IP relies on a dedicated Japan Team to assist its clients in managing and exploiting their intellectual property assets between Europe and Japan.
