We would like to congratulate Ina Schreiber, Partner at Plasseraud IP, for passing the German professional examination.

This qualification will enable her to practice as a Patentanwalt (German Patent Attorney) and to represent clients in all proceedings relating to patents, trademarks and registered designs before the German Patent and Trademark Office.

A "Patentanwalt" can also represent clients in patent invalidity proceedings before the Federal Patent Court.

Once admitted as a Patentanwalt, Ina Schreiber will become the 3rd member of Plasseraud IP group with this qualification and will further strengthen the Munich team owing to her expertise in the fields of chemistry and life sciences.
