The French patent law reform, loi PACTE: from evolution to practice.

In application since January 2020, the evolutions of the patent law have notably impacted numerous aspects related to Intellectual Property rights:
- the opposition proceedings against granted patents
- the examination for inventive step in the grant procedure
- the notion of utility model

Wednesday December 15, Ina Schreiber, Partner at Plasseraud IP, and Fabian Lieb, German Patent Attorney and Head of Plasseraud IP Munich, are pleased to present the webinar "The French patent law reform - opposition proceedings and inventive step “à la française”" organized by the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).

Our experts highlights the evolutions generated by this reform after nearly 2 years of application and give an overview of the first practice feedbacks with a focus on the practice in France and Germany.
