Our colleagues obtain the CEIPI’s ‘Patents’ qualification
Congratulations to Alexandre Sofra, Jean-Elie ZHENG, patent engineers, and John Podtetenieff, European Patent Attorney and UPC Representative, as well as to Julia Galdeano, Mathias THENADEY and Gaëlle VACHERAND (currently on work experience as patent engineers), on obtaining the CEIPI Diploma in International Industrial Property Studies, specialising in ‘patents’.
The objectives of this diploma are to train specialists capable of effectively protecting and commercialising inventions through patent law in France, Europe and worldwide, by equipping them with both scientific and legal expertise. The ‘Patents’ diploma awarded by Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle - CEIPI is essential for sitting the professional qualifying examination to become an industrial property attorney.
Affiliated with the University of Strasbourg, the CEIPI is recognised as one of the leading international centres for teaching and research in the field of intellectual property. Its varied and constantly evolving range of courses enables it to train experts for careers in intellectual property, innovation and related fields.
