Plasseraud IP is recognized by the Unified Patent Court (UPC) for its expertise in mediation and patent expertise !

Beginning in January 2026, two Industrial Property Attorneys from Plasseraud IP, representatives before the UPC, have been selected to serve on the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Center (PMAC) :

Jean-Marc Coquel, as mediator;
Anne Desaix, as mediator and expert.

The PMAC is the JUB's mediation and arbitration center. Its mission is to assist parties in the amicable resolution of litigation relating to European patents, unitary patents, and supplementary protection certificates (SPCs), as well as related disagreements.

This recognition highlights both the technical and legal expertise of Plasseraud IP's teams in the field of patents and their commitment to alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
