ジェレミー・パラチは、Plasseraud IPのパートナーであり、コンピュータ発明を専門とする欧州特許弁理士及びフランス特許弁理士です。AIと量子コンピューティングに焦点を当て、スタートアップ企業や大企業に対し、事業成功に不可欠な知的財産戦略の策定と実行に関する助言を提供しています。
 
フランス リヨン中央工学大学院（グランゼコール）卒業後、米国デューク大学にて工学マネジメント修士号を取得。２１年間務めたパリの大手特許事務所にて技術と法律の専門性を磨いた後、同所のパートナー兼所長に就任。知財団体にも積極的に参加し、2022年よりフランス弁理士会（CNCPI）の国際部門の共同代表、また国際弁理士連盟（FICPI）のフランス代表を務めています。その他、リヨン中央工科大学院にて知的財産科目の教鞭を執り、欧州弁理士試験を目指す若手専門家の指導も行っています。2025年にPlasseraud IPに加わりました。
 

Johan Renes is a Partner, and a European and Dutch Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP and Head of Amsterdam office.
Johan has over 30 years of experience in life sciences, specializing in patent litigation and IP strategy. He has handled complex international cases across sectors such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, with expertise in Europe, the US, Japan, and Australia. On the strategy side Johan has guided companies like Crucell and Merus from start-up to IPO.

2009年からPlasseraud IPに勤務、日本顧客の欧州での権利化・訴 訟・調査を支援する日本顧客サービスグループ（現日本部）を設立。2004年から科学技術振興機構にて全国大学の海外への特許出願と技術 移転を担当し、日本国弁理士に。NASA/JAXA国際宇宙ステーション開発 （JAMSS所属）、三菱商事 宇宙 航空機本部、東京三菱銀行にて、エンジニア、プロジェクトマネジメント、事業企画等の経験も有する。

Ellen Kim Sein Aye is a Partner and the Head of the Shanghai office. She joined Plasseraud IP in 2005.

Carole Sellin is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her activity is mainly devoted to patents in the field of life sciences, genetic and molecular engineering, and the plant world. Carole works for major universities, foreign pharmaceutical companies, and well-known French companies. She has taken part in numerous oral proceedings and oppositions before the EPO. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPCs). She is a member of AIPPI and GRAPI. Carole joined EGYP, a Plasseraud IP Group company, in 2000.

Anne Desaix is a Partner and Patent Attorney at Plasseraud IP. Her work mainly focuses on patents in the field of life sciences. She represents major French and international research laboratories and innovative SMEs. She has an extensive expertise in long-term protection strategies and constitution of patent portfolios in pioneering technologies. She also advises patent holders in the field of Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC). Anne has acquired a great wealth of experience in handling complex proceedings before the EPO and before the French courts.

Nathalie is a Partner and Chemistry Patent Practice Group Leader at Plasseraud IP. She advises individuals, companies and research institutes on the development and management of their patents: patent drafting and prosecution, patent related legal advice (freedom-to-operate, due diligence) and IP valuation in different chemistry fields (cosmetics, pharmacy, polymers, petrochemistry and catalysis). She has developed a solid expertise in contentious matters including patent litigation and opposition proceedings before the EPO.

Christophe Jolly is a Partner and Mechanics Patent Practice Group Leader at Plasseraud IP. He assists his clients, including major French groups in the aviation, automotive and health sectors, in the development and management of their patents portfolio. PhD in Medical Imaging he also obtained a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Physical Acoustics. Christophe chose to carry out his thesis on Medical Imaging in the framework of the development of a high-resolution ultrasound scanner.

Stéphane Bezac is a Partner and Head of the Grenoble office at Plasseraud IP.

For over 20 years, he has dedicated his career to innovation and the practice of Intellectual Property within the industry, notably as Head of IP for the international group SNF. Drawing on this extensive experience, he supports clients in developing their IP strategies and protecting their innovations.

Jean-Marc Coquel is a Partner and Head of Bordeaux and Angoulême Offices at Plasseraud IP. He is a French and European Patent Attorney. Jean-Marc coordinates the group’s business in the region of Aquitaine. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on developing and implementing their intellectual property strategy in the fields of mechanics, physics and optics. His practice focuses on utilities (water management, plasma torch manufacturing), medical devices, optical instruments, agriTech (cooperage, wine or spirit breeding, fencing), and aerospace.
