Plasseraud IP Avocats contributes to the journal "European Patent Litigation in Practice", published by Wolters Kluwer
Sandrine Bouvier-Ravon, Partner at Plasseraud IP Avocats, co-authored the chapter “The Doctrine of Equivalents in France” with François Jonquères, Partner at Plasseraud IP Avocats. The chapter is part of the article “The Doctrine of Equivalents and its First Appearance Before the UPC” by Christian Holtz, Attorney at law (Rechtsanwalt), Counsel at BONABRY, featured in the latest issue of EPLP.
