Frédéric Glaize is a Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP where he has been a partner since 2020. He defends and manages portfolios of trademarks and designs for his clients and works on cases to assess IP rights. Frédéric leads the firm's ‘design’ department and in particular works for clients in the pharmaceutical and retail sectors. As one of the most renowned experts for designs in France, he is also a member of the Professional Qualification Examination Board of the Industrial Property Attorney, Trademarks and Models. He actively participates in professional associations. He publishes one of the oldest blogs dedicated to trademark and design rights (www.pmdm.fr), with more than 1600 articles.
