This investment will enable the company to finalize the technical development of its solution and accelerate the industrialization of its production tool, at a time when food allergies — ranked fourth among diseases by the WHO — affect around 6% of the European population and up to 9% in North America and Australia.

Based in Lyon, Allergen Alert was founded from the determination of a mother committed to improving the life of her daughter and millions of others affected by food allergy risks. This funding marks a crucial stage in the company’s growth, allowing it to expand its offering to address additional needs identified by users and partners in the catering and healthcare sectors.
